The basis of any given science is the
same throughout the world, but not its applications, that vary fundamentally,
according to the infinite
range of specific elements that intervene. In this way our work team is
distinguished by taking great care and affection in each stage of production
and elaboration of our wines as well as in its subsequent aging. This artistic
combination of science, effort and love, supports this project that we
call "The art of giving up the soul." |

Our vines, developed in a 100% natural
ecosystem, have an aromatic, healthy and low yield growth, developing small
grapes that turn into tannins and anthocyans concentrated wines. Every
wine represents the reality of our dream and the soles of three generations
of Pulmary families. Each wine underlines its land, its maker and those
who calmly enjoy them, valuing the everyday effort put into them. |
